Nguyen Tat Thanh University attended the congress to establish Ho Chi Minh City Tax Consultants and Agents Association

On February 22, 2022, at Convention Center 272, 272 Vo Thi Sau, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, the Established Committee of Ho Chi Minh City Tax Consultants and Agents Association successfully held the congress and launched the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Consultants and Agents Association for the first term (2022–2027). The committee includes 17 members, Ms. Le Thi Thu Huong (former Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department) holds the position of Chairman.

This is one of the important forums for schools, businesses, lecturers, and employers to meet, exchange and cooperate to improve the quality of training and professional skills, and at the same time give accounting students the opportunity to learn and practice from businesses, improve professional skills for their own learning and work in the future.

Tax Consultants and Agents Association Ho Chi Minh City was established under Decision No. 4308/QD-UBND, signed by Mr Vo Van Hoan, the Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, on December 24, 2021

Nguyen Tat Thanh University participated in the congress as a diamond sponsor and also a member of the HCM City Tax Consultants and Agents Association. On behalf of Nguyen Tat Thanh University attending the meetings of the congress, Dr. Thai Hong Thuy Khanh – Dean of the Faculty of Finance – Accounting also sent wishes to the members of the Executive Committee who will fulfill their roles well in the upcoming term.

The successful congress is also an affirmation of the close cohesion and sustainable development in the cooperation relationship of Nguyen Tat Thanh University in general and the Faculty of Finance – Accounting in particular for business network in the economic – financial sector. The cooperation relationship with Ho Chi Minh City Tax Consultants and Agents Association will be a solid bridge, helping Nguyen Tat Thanh University to improve the quality of training and “improve” human resources with “solid knowledge, skilled” delivered to society.
